An absolutely awesome game for the navy's this morning v @instaladieshockey.
Everything we talked through and worked on started to click, with brilliant interplay, solid defensive unit, unending work rate and pressure in mids and fab movement up front causing Institute backs problems all game...all lead to a fantastic win.
So, so proud of the girls
