The Opportunities
We are seeking enthusiastic, and experienced, player-centered coaches who can deliver high-tempo training sessions, and lead matchday strategy on weekends for matches in the Munster senior divisions (U18, Division 5, Division 3). We're looking for coaches who care about player growth, development, and retention across our U18s and Senior squads.
Experience
- Relevant coaching experience in similar role
- Personnel / Team management skills and experience
- Communication skills (communication at multiple levels included players, parents, coaching teams and other club members)
- Team player that can collaborate with others
- Open-minded approach, willingness to continually learn and grow
- Hockey Ireland Coaching Qualification preferred (club supports coaches progression with Hockey Ireland coaching courses)
Required
- Active Garda Vetting clearance.
- Completed Safeguarding 1 Workshop certificate.
