Another cracking game for our Seniors v C of I in Div5 yesterday.

Very close game & even at half time.
Limerick were calm when pressed and always looked dangerous in attack, but conceded in the 3rd.

Heads stayed up and they pushed for the equaliser with some fine swift passing moves and 3 short corners in a row but CofI defence held to win 1-0.

Some exciting hockey on show and great effort by all - standouts were Heather in mids, Ruby in defence, Siöbhan in attack, and a super individual run from Carrie from the halfway line that nearly resulted in a goal. The team are growing & adapting each week
