A close fought match today for our seconds v Bandon HC, with Bandon coming away with the win.

Back & forth game for the first half, with scores still 0-0 at half time, but we faced some tense Bandon short corners as last plays of the quarter but defended well.  Limerick were unlucky to concede an own goal in the 3rd quarter and a second goal only a few minutes later. Limerick created chances with some nice attacking play & crisp passing but couldn’t convert.  All gave everything but Heather Hannah and Emma  worked so hard in midfield and standouts were  Margot Ruth and Amy in defence, clearing their lines and setting up attacks. 

Very competitive match. Well done Bandon.
