Close hard fought match on Sunday for our D5 team v Clonakilty, with both teams creating chances, and defending hard.
Clon converted 2 of theirs in the second quarter and Limerick continued to produce some excellent attacking pressure, but clonakilty held firm with goal mouth clearances and one shot hitting the post. Exciting match played in good spirits.
All the defenders were great today but Emma OL and Emma C got the effort with their hard defending both just recently back in the squad.
Performance went to Sadhbh in attack and Roisin A making many fine saves in goal.
