Great match yesterday for our Senior 2nds, but one where the score doesn't reflect the game.  
Limerick were under pressure at the start but defended well. Then, after building some attacks , conceded 2 early goals .  Limerick came alive in the second half & were unlucky not to score a number of times. Goal line scrambles , short corners and hitting the sideboard. The 3rd quarter they totally dominated & put on a fine display with deft touches, and fast flowing attacking hockey.  CofI defended hard and went on to seal the win with a counterattack goal near the end. 

Super performance from the whole team today- the hard work in training showing and the team really starting to click.  Effort went to Sadbh OD who was immense in goal, as was Sadhbh C - attacking and leading the press. Performance went to Emma T showing skills and invention in attack, along with Ruth, commanding in defence. 💙❤️😎
